Comfortable, well-equipped room. Convenient private parking with remote access. Spacious flat with a balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near the beach. Good view from the flat. Quiet street. Reasonable price
Nothing that I didn't like.

Very friendly staff, a fully equipped kitchen, clean rooms and a spacious balcony. In the studios you have to use the sofa as bed which some people may not like. We booked a studio and got a 2-room apartment, so our rating may be a little bit too positive. But anyway what you have to know is that La Massena is not a hotel, instead you are staying in a holiday flat. This means that you have to clean the rooms yourself, make the bed yourself etc. We preferred this to being bothered by cleaning staff, but some of the previous negative ratings obiously resulted from the fact that they expected a hotel.

Large, very light room, the kitchen, quiet place, staff is polite, everyday cleaning...
They have to put anything besides sausepans to kitchen - we had to buy even salt when we came. And I saw madam on reception only once, the other time there was nobody there.

During my stay, I enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness, well-equipped facilities, and helpful staff. Additionally, the convenience of free parking and the location next to a beautiful park made my stay even more enjoyable.
Not obvious to find.

Helpful, smiling face staff in reception and management, wide rooms, rich room furniture, easy to go to city center (by walking 10-15 minutes, by bus 3-5 minutes -only 1Euro-). Hope to stay again.
Internet service can be adjusted not only in a room in the ground floor, but also available in all rooms.

The hotel we stayed at offered a well-equipped kitchen with clean utensils and crockery. the room had a cozy balcony that made our mornings even brighter, with a pleasant view of the surrounding neighborhood. the staff was polite, helpful, and friendly.
Although the location was calm and serene, the hotel was nowhere near the city center. It took us nearly 25 minutes by foot to reach the town and the famous boulevard.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Cannes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable double beds and equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary facilities. The electric blinds were a nice touch, allowing us to adjust the light levels to our liking. Additionally, I was pleased with the hotel's attention to detail, ensuring that everything was well-maintained and clean. The location was ideal, with various shops within walking distance, making it convenient to purchase any essentials we needed. I was impressed with the value for money and the pleasant experience this hotel provided.
No issues to report, everything was perfect!

The proximity and ease of the public transport, the quiet location, the size and convenience of the apartment, the parking garage, the friendliness of the staff...the value for the price
The room needed a thorough cleaning--there was dust under the beds and on the walls (I think from the AC ducts); the bathroom and kitchen weren't very clean.

Very spacious apartment and well equipped. Air conditioning was very welcome with the heat. Parking facility was useful as difficult to park nearby. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful regarding our trip.

It is a spacious appartment with big balcony. Beds are fine
It s really quite 'sticky' everywhere, not very clean. It s quite a walk to the Palais so a car is convenient. The parking garage, who has space for a few cars, however is really narrow if you have a big car. We found it closed one night as well so we had to find a place in the area, that was not so convenient.

Stayed in a large 2 bedroom apartment which was impressively spacious with a very useable kitchen and pleasant outlook. Really good value for Cannes.
4pm check in time is annoying- especially as you have to check out by 10am
